Paraskevi Grypari holds a BSc Ιn Agricultural Technology from the University of Thessaly (formerly Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly). She completed her MSc. in Aromatic and Medicinal Plant Management Technologies: Cultivation, Processing and Production of High Value-Added Products (Specialization in Herbal Products and Dietary Supplements), University of Thessaly, Larissa, Greece. Grade: 9.67/10 (Excellent). She also holds a Certificate of Pedagogical and Teaching Competence (EPPAIK) from ASPETE, Greece. She has been working as a Chemical Analyst at ELGO-DIMITRA for the past 25 years in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory. Her professional experience includes chemical analysis, quality assurance, and laboratory accreditation procedures. She has participated in numerous national and international research projects in the fields of agriculture. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the Laboratory of Environmental and Plant Biotechnology, Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology, under the supervision of Professor Kalliopi Papadopoulou. Her doctoral research investigates the nutritional quality from three Greek fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum L.) genotypes and evaluates the influence of biotic and abiotic factors on seed composition and quality.
