Dimitris Dalkidis

PhD

Dimitrios Dalkidis has a BSc degree of the Department of Biochemistry and Biotechnology (DBB), School of Life Sciences, University of Thessaly, Greece. He finished his MSc on Applications of Molecular Biology, Molecular Genetics and diagnostic Markers at DBB. The title of his thesis was: “Biochemical characterization and examination of the circadian secretion of exosomes in cells”. He has also participated in the NSRF MilkSafe Project: A novel pipeline to enrich formula milk using omics technologies. Since November 2022 is a PhD student in the Department of Environmental Sciences, University of Thessaly, under the supervision of Dr Evangelia Papadopoulou working on the identification of synthetic and biological nitrification inhibitors activity spectrum and physiological effect on nitrifying microorganisms. He has co-authored 1 publication in peer reviewed journals.
